Abu Hafs Umar ibn al-Khattab al-Adawiya al-Qurayshi (585, Mecca - Nov. 3 644, Medina) known as Omar I is the second righteous, one of the four Rightly-Guided Caliphs (634-644) along with Abu Bakr, Uthman and Ali.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: "As for my two ministers from the inhabitants of the heavens, then they are Djibril and Mikail, and as for my two ministers from the inhabitants of the earth, then they are Abu Bakr and Umar".
