Aelia Pulcheria Augusta (399 - 453) queen-maiden of the Byzantine Empire. In 420 the Byzantine empire went to war with the Persians, end it in 422 signing of the agreement by which the Christians were given freedom of religion in Sassanid empire. Canonized by the church for her fight against heresy.
