In the XI century Georgian king George I fell in love with Shorena, daughter of knyaz Kolonkelidze. George I killed the Shoreny`s groom. After the death of her fiance Shorena, faithfulness beloved, refused to marry the king, after which she was imprisoned in a monastery.
